The Hands-on Method

1. Grab a tape measure, length of string or strip of paper.

2. Wrap it around the finger you’ll wear your ring on—if you’re creating a ring stack, consider where on your finger the ring will sit—and mark the place where it joins.
3. Lay your string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark. Use the chart above to match the measurement to the closest ring size.

1. Choose a ring that already fits your finger well.
2. Measure the interior diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm)
3. Use the measurement chart above to match the size of your ring to the closest size in mm.

• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Complimentary express insured shipping on all orders.
• International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Processing Time:
• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces: Crafted exclusively for you and require 6-8 weeks for production before shipment.
• Tracking & Signature Confirmation: All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be shared once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Each DYNE piece is handcrafted to the highest standards. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer the following options:

• Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces: These pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss an exchange or store credit. Returns must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.
• Damages & Repairs: If your piece arrives damaged or requires adjustments, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a solution.
