- International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces: Crafted exclusively for you and require 6-8 weeks for production before shipment.
- Tracking & Signature Confirmation: All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be shared once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Each DYNE piece is handcrafted to the highest standards. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer the following options:
- Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces: These pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Ready-to-Ship Pieces: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss an exchange or store credit. Returns must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.
- Damages & Repairs: If your piece arrives damaged or requires adjustments, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a solution.
